Ambuja Housing & Urban Infrastructure Company Limited (AHUICL) was incorporated in 2005 as a holding company for other group companies and to execute large projects across India. Bengal Ambuja Housing Development Limited (BAHDL) was incorporated in 1993 as joint sector with West Bengal Housing Board. The Company is engaged in development of mass scale housing and other infrastructural projects in the state of West Bengal, in joint venture with various Government bodies. Bengal Ambuja Metro Development Limited (BAMDL) is another joint sector company with Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority. The company was incorporated in 1999 for development of "City Centre" a residential cum commercial complex comprising of half a million sqft of built-up area on about 7 acres in Salt Lake, Kolkata. Ambuja Realty Development Limited (ARDL) is a subsidiary of AHUICL incorporated in 2005 to undertake various projects in different parts of country. GGL Hotel & Resort Company Limited (GGL) is a subsidiary of AHUICL incorporated in 1993. The Company undertook its first project "Shyamolima" in Raichak on 60 acres of land which inter alia comprises a resort hotel with 5-Star facilities christened as "The Ffort Raichak" and the recently inaugurated "Gangakutir Resort and Spa". Ganapati Parks Limited (GPL) was incorporated in association with Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) and other share holders in 1998 to develop a heritage theme park "Swabhumi~The Heritage Plaza". It is characterised by the varied crafts, cuisines and cultural performances from the different regions of India. Park Hospital Limited (PHL) was incorporated in 2000 to set up "Bhagirathi Neotia Woman & Child Care Centre" (BNWCCC), a superspecialty 83 bed hospital, offering the most advanced facilities for woman and child care. AIPL Ambuja Housing & Urban Infrastructure Limited (AAHUIL) is a joint venture company between Advanced India Project Limited (AIPL) and Ambuja Realty Development Limited (ARDL) incorporated in 2006 to take up large scale township and residential project in Northern India with special focus in Punjab. The company has already tied up land in Amritsar and is in the process of buying more land in Mohali, Khanna, Bhatinda and Ludhiana. Macmet India Limited (MIL) is a closely held public limited company specialising in providing turnkey solutions in Bulk Material handling equipment. Macmet is also leader in pipe conveying and curved belt technologies in the country. Institute of Technology and Marine Engineering (ITME) is an institute offering degree programmes in Engineering, IT, Electronics, ComMarine Engineering & Nautical Science. It is approved by AICTE and is affiliated to the West Bengal University of Technology.
