A Joint Initiative by Ambuja Realty and RMZ Corp, RMZ owns 10 acres and Ambuja Reality owns 10 Acres. The joint Initiative includes and is limited to both companies owning their own land parcel; however RMZ would provide the master plan concept plan and implement the construction on behalf of Ambuja Reality. The initiative would ensure RMZ's international clients to look at Kolkatta now with a grade A Office Development which RMZ comes with a reputation of delivering.
