Choose your Plots

A total of 140 plots are offered in Uttorayon Phase ii. You have the option of buying either a plot or with a bungalow constructed on it.

This ready reckoner helps you choose your own plot. Here's a detailed guide to help you decide.

1) Choose a plot based on the desired size.

2) From the table find out the total no of plots of that size available.

3) From the table find out the desired plot is available in which cluster.

4) Choose the cluster from the layout plan.

5) Choose the plot on the selected cluster.
