A contemporary piece of architecture, the building skyline has its inspiration from the purple hills that surround the site. The Club has three distinct blocks which are interconnected with cantilever catwalks spanning the gorge. Spaces in the Club have a two fold view, one that looks out to the valleys and the hills and the other looking into the central atrium above the gorge. The gorge has been organically manicured and intensively landscaped terraces with exotic plantation.. .exhibiting its 'dynamic nature through various seasons of Siliguri.

This 30,000 sqft of club is a place for all ages. The spaces in the Club can be broadly categorized as follows:

 
HEALTHCARE: Club has a well equipped spa with massage, aroma therapy, herbal therapy and Jacuzzi.. .It also has a separate gymnasium and aerobics/yoga hall designed with the views of rich green landscape spaces. A medical studio. ..which is a special medical facility for the senior citizens has also been provided. The Club also has a creche with ergonomic details for tiny tots.

FOOD + HOSPITALITY: The Club has a banquet hall and a welcome lounge of over 6,000 sqft.lt also offers over 12,000 sqft of landscaped party lawns.

There is a facility of boutique terrace bar, an 8 seater speciality restaurant and juice bar incorporated in the design.

SPORTS + RECREATION: The Club is a hub of comprehensive recreational facilities. It offers Badminton court, Squash court with views deck, Lawn Tennis court, Adventure Golf, Skating rink, Swimming pool.! and Kids pool. The family lounge hubs the Table Tennis, Pool tables and the Video Games ar~ade. Exclusive halls are provided for Billiards, Cards and Chess.

A reading lounge is also provided as a quiet recreation.

BUSINESS FACILITY: The Club has Senate rooms, conference rooms clubbed with a central business lounge. An exhibition/multiutility hall is also provided on the ground floor.

OTHER FACILITIES: The Club shall be landscaped with theme lawns and seasonal courts. There will be viewing decks to offer the views of the precincts in their best frame.
