When we conceived Uttorayon, we had a very simple philosophy...to make a difference to the way people live. We believe that home is more than four walls. Home is...freedom to unwind in your own space...green fields to play on, a bazaar to buy provisions, plus parks to spend an evening with your friends. We believe home goes beyond the confines of the world.

Neighbourhood is the key word. It rules our concept. We believe no urban settlement can be sustained unless it cuts across society. Home is not a dream for a select few, but for everyone. This thought led Luxmi Township to work together with Bengal Ambuja and create Uttorayon, housed in green foothills of the ‘Queen of the Hills’. Not just to meet the housing demand of the area, but also to create the modern comforts of a model human settlement.

Today we are about to launch Uttorayon-Phase II.
