Uttorayon is designed to be the confluence of nature and human habitation. It is our dream to balance within its horizons the elements of natural beauty and human creation.

All the apartments peer over the central green lung space which gives the development its distinctive character. Almost 80% landscaped area has been synchronized with a variety of activity zones to meet the leisure and social activity demands of every age group. There is a Community Centre with its swimming pool and lawns for get-togethers, an open air theatre for informal performances, flower gardens, children's play areas, tot-lots with swings, play equipments, cycling and jogging tracks.
