Project Details: The desigt.1 concept for City Centre New Town is a downtown -a commercial and cultural hub of the cityscape. a place that derives its character from its eclectic synergy, 3 fashionable place with quaint and designer shops, museums, the movies, nice restaurants, some light life and a conducive environment to linger on...and shop. The built up area of City centre New Town is 6.8 lac square feet and the expected date of completion of the project is December 2007

Shops exuding soothing aromas...perfumeries, candle shops, soaps, coffee, chocolate and candy are appropriately interspersed to evoke nostalgic fragrances. Moviegoers are led in and out of the four-screen multiplex through the food court. This allows them to savour cuisine from different parts of the world. The food court has multi cuisine restaurants, offering fast food, street food and fine dining experiences.
